Salon Basics only sells to professionals in the Beauty industry.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Title to the goods shall not pass until full payment has been received.
While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details is unintentional.
Freight charges are payable by Customer unless otherwise arranged.
The Company shall not be held responsible the goods for lost, stolen, or damage in transit cause.
No returns accepted after 7 days. Cannot return certain products that have been opened and/or used.
Return item must be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee if you qualify for a credit for return.
It will be made only after the goods have been returned, inspected and approved as suitable for return.
The Customer must satisfy himself that the goods meet his requirements.
The Customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the Company is not liable for any advice given by its agents or employees in relation to the suitability for any purpose of the goods or products supplied by the Company and all such advice relied upon is at the Customers risk.
Salon Basics shall not be liable to the Customer for loss of profits or for any loss, damage, cost or expense suffered by the Customer and arising from the use of the goods or the failure by the Company to observe and fulfill its obligations here under.
Salon Basics shall not be held responsible for any intentional or accidental mishap that may cause any kind of injury, discomfort or stress to anyone as a result of the users careless handing, misuse or abuse of any of The Company products.

Payments may be made by cheque and Postal Money order. All items will be posted once payment clears.
A fee of $ 30.00 applies to each cheque dishonour. This fee will vary as Bank charges increase.
The Customer acknowledge that the Company is importing the products directly from overseas manufacturer and the products are not manufactured by the Company. The Customer acknowledge that there are risks involved in using the products which are Manufactured by overseas manufacturer and shall not be entitled to claim any damages, compensation or loss or initiate any proceeding against the Company aroused in relation to the suitability, safety, quality or nature of the products.
